There is a difference between he who sets out "to make a life and he who sets out to make a living."
What's the difference between making a Life and making a Living?
Life is in its entirety, living is for the moment and knowing which to take seriously will help make the difference to how you see the world.
When you choose to make a life, you are helping the world get better by first putting the interest of others ahead of yours with a target to help them achieve true independence. You become the master of all.
When you work to make a living, you are doing everything you can to be successful yourself because it is all about you. You make decisions that favours you alone and you do whatever it takes to get ahead. You are a "ME" master
In plain sight, our world opens us up to numerous opportunities that lays credence to the fact that, as humans, we are capable of good and evil and it only takes the one involved to decide which he wants to be.
Be a master of "WE" and not a master of "ME". Make a life and it will happen good for others, make a living and it will just be about you.
Make the world a better place for someone today!
I think that anyone that has not made a living can hardly make a life. You won't know how to treat others right if you don't know how to treat yourself right. A man that has made a living can easily make a life.
Only a fool or a wicked person that has made a living that won't want to use some part of the living that he/she has made to make a life for someone. Success is nothing if it can't bless someone else. So it's not wrong or selfish to make a living, but use the living that you've made to make a life for someone else.

Amen to that. It is easy to get caught up in the me and lead a miserable life. We must learn to pivot to the higher self.
