Finally have the bed to myself. One thing wrong though.. I can't fall a sleep! My mind is empty as I lay here.

twelve oz of beer...(black beer is best..the stronger the better) in a sixteen oz cup...fill the rest of the cup with whisky...then sit on the patio and smoke a ceegar while you drink it. (I like 'pist of Cristoff').
Works for me.
