Living your life under your own terms will never be the easiest thing to accomplish. Life in general is not easy at all because we are not only going through constant changes but also learning new things every day. The only way to do so is by challenging ourselves and our beliefs.
There is a huge mistake that we all have made at least once in our life, and that is taking everything for granted. From our traditions to our morning routine or the technique, we use to brush our teeth. Everything can change in a glimpse and it actually should because that's what innovation is about.
Do you imagine how life could be if we were doing things as people did it two centuries ago?
Learning is not easy because it challenges our beliefs and could kick us out of our comfort zone at times but is necessary. We can learn new skills that can help us to take our professional careers to higher level. Or maybe we can learn how to deal with certain circumstances thanks to something that happened yesterday.
Living and learning are the same things because even when we decide to don't learn anything new, we have to learn how to deal with everything that it's indeed constantly changing. The world never stops turning no matter if we decided to remain static.
So yes... Knowledge is power, especially if we know what to do with it.

Aprender no es fácil porque desafía nuestras creencias y puede sacarnos de nuestra zona de confort a veces, pero es necesario. O tal vez podamos aprender a lidiar con ciertas circunstancias gracias a algo que sucedió ayer.
Vivir y aprender son la misma cosa, porque incluso cuando decidimos no aprender nada nuevo, tenemos que aprender a lidiar con todo lo que está cambiando constantemente. El mundo nunca deja de girar, no importa si decidimos permanecer estáticos.
Así que sí... El conocimiento es poder, especialmente si sabemos qué hacer con él.
