Fantastic Post! I wish I could give you more of an upvote! I agree, I have put out quite a few posts showing how amazing the steem network is but I feel like it always falls on deaf ears. I will only continue to collect steem, no spending this crypto for a while, its got way to much potential value.

Yes, Yes it does...as steem grows the ones lower will gain more power...just have to stay on the grind
