Why did BBC Not cover story on "World's Largest Online Exam"?

It is great news that Indian Railways is conducting World Largest online examination for 18000 vacancies. Approximately 92 lakh candidate had applied for the job.Describing it as the “largest online examination in the world”, the official said that in order to ensure complete transparency, the railways has introduced the system of showing answer papers online to examinees one week after the examination.During the first session, it saw the highest ever attendance of 73.8 per cent in the history of railway exams. Due to online examination , it has saved over 10 Lakh trees. The Indian Railways is one of the biggest employers of the World.

But it is sad news that, candidate have to travel 300 to 500 kms for giving the exam. If the exam was online then why did Indian Railways made the centers so far.
In centers, there is no baggage counter due to which candidate have to submit their belongings in private shops, which charges alot. There is no security of their belongings.
But BBC did not cover the news on world's largest exam.
