Introduction to the Merculet project

Merculet  is a decentralized content platform that converts users' attention to the workplace to investigate the behavior of potential buyers. The Merculet project is closely related to the concept of "Value Attention" - literally "valuable attention", or profitable actions on the part of the user. Most of the actions in social networks or on sites can be converted with the benefit of business: For example, how often do users access this or that content? It is assumed that decentralization will help make this system more flexible and transparent for all participants of Merculet.

There are 3 main components:

1. UAV (User Attention Value) The user's attention level assessment system allows to effectively calculate the user's attention. This will help to establish long-term relationships between enterprises and consumers.

2. UATs (User Attention Tokens) Attention tokens are special tokens for each entrepreneur, tied to MVP tokens, which will allow exchange between enterprises.

3. Open content platform

a  platform for open content based on blockchain. Management on this platform is using tokens. Users will evaluate and influence each project (likes, reposts, comments, views), for their attention to UAT. Projects receive feedback and in accordance with it modernize their product to the needs of users..

Features available after Merculet release:

• The user receives interesting content, perhaps more valuable than just advertising - full-fledged products, simply interacting with the system;

• The company receives detailed information about user actions that can be distributed in the framework of decentralization;

• Jerry Gao, CPO of the project has more than 10 years of experience in the design of interfaces for telephony products, served as Data Solution Solution Consultant Vivaki

In addition, the project was advised by a group of influential thinkers in the blockchain sector including Professor Zhang (Stanford University professor, chairman of the DanHua Investment Fund), Shen Bo (co-founder of Bitshares and head fund from Fenbushi Capital), Roger Lim (NEO Fund Manager, Selfkey Adviser, Qlink, Buzelle). The project is invested by many large investment funds such as Fenbushi, Dfund, DHVC .

ICO

ICO Date : approximate date is April 25;

ICO time: 6 weeks (with the closed sale - from March 20, 2018 to April 30 ( 16 ), 2018).

Hard cap: 31,000 ETH

Soft cap: 10,000 ETH

Pre-sale (pre-ICO): pre-sale is not announced.

Private sale: volume 16,000 ETH, 1 ETH = 105,000 MVP

Pre-sales results: n / a. Participants will recognize the status of a closed sale on appeal .

Cost of the token on the ICO: 1 ETH = 87,500 MVP

The Merculet project is the first project, providing a concise, attention-grabbing management that allows valuation, sales, and exchange of notes. by bypassing the attention, packaging, selling to the business and rewarding the users and creators of the content.The project focuses on potential markets as content marketing trends are gradually turning to attention marketing.
