Over the years, she has had a varied career in the technology and gaming industries working as a business developer and channel manager building and developing strategic partnerships and alliances internationally. More recently providing consulting to entrepreneurial businesses to help them improve their profitability and growth through customer centric strategies. The main theme that runs through her career is the passion to help people and organisations achieve greater potential and results through building better relationships with their customers.
Malcolm is legally trained and specializes in technology, international law, and “grey area” legal subjects. He started as Intellectual and Litigation lawyer in early practice, later became a full-service lawyer.
Malcolm is founder of many companies such as Retail Group Investment Holdings, Hospitality, Retail entities and Consultancy for ICO and ITO (Coin and Token Offerings).
He is covering the Asia-Pacific territory, with specific experience in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, India, China, Taiwan, Korea. He says his goal is to maximise his potential and achieve success in partnership with business associates and partners.
His specialties are: Computer Law, Technology Law, Intellectual Property, Civil Litigation, Communications Law, International Law, International Trade, Labour Law, Business Law. Starting new specialty in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain related law.
