RE: Which Cryptocoin Could Overthrow Bitcoin?

in #bitshares7 years ago

Let me see if I get the point of this, like if I was a baby:

  1. BTC-U will Hard-Fork BTC at some point?
  2. BTC-U will use BitShares BlockChain?
  3. Once on BitShares we will exchange it for bitBTC-U and trade it from there?
  4. What we will trade is bitBTC-U and that leaves BTC-U a better store of value coin like, removing the exchange transactions that occur on it?

Plese enlight me on those points

Sort:
  1. BTC-U will Hard-Fork BTC at some point? Yes, but we need an experienced developer to make this happen. Do you know of one?
  2. BTC-U will use BitShares BlockChain? Yes
  3. Once on BitShares we will exchange it for bitBTC-U and trade it from there? Yes
  4. What we will trade is bitBTC-U and that leaves BTC-U a better store of value coin like, removing the exchange transactions that occur on it? Absolutely, BTC-U will be better, faster, and cheaper to transfer. Everything that Bitcoin sucks at will be resolved. Finally, it will actually be able to justify the $5000 price tag.
