The number of Daily visits in October was at 600k+. In November it improved to 800k+
Look at December! 1mn+ and 1.25mn at the end of last month!

Steemit website is ranked 1,390 worldwide vs 2,136 last month
Steemit is ranked 505 in the US vs 1,242 last month
Steemit kept on improving its ranking as it ranked 15,000+ last year.

🗞 Bitfinex Reopens Registrations to New Accounts

The Russian Ministry of Finance is drafting a bill to legalize cryptocurrency trading at approved exchanges. The ministry is already preparing a list of approved trading platforms.

To that end, and to allow us to maintain focus on our core customer base, all accounts created after January 1st, 2018, will have a new activation equity requirement. New accounts will need to deposit fiat or crypto to achieve minimum account equity of 10,000 USD equivalent before they can trade or offer funding. After reaching this minimum, an account becomes fully activated (Note that after this initial activation, account equity is allowed to drop below this activation threshold without consequence).

🗞 Korea's Crypto Crackdown Talk Draws Backlash From Users and Politicians

More than 100,000 South Korea residents have signed petitions asking the government there to step back from any plans to close the country's cryptocurrency exchanges.

Earlier this week, the South Korean Justice Ministry announced that it was preparing legislation to close the country's online exchanges amid a speculative boom in cryptocurrencies. That shot across the bow was paired with the news that tax authorities were investigating at least some of the exchanges in Korea, and in the hours to come.

🗞 EOS Price Flies Past $18 as $20 Becomes a new Target

Even though weekends are usually terrible times to trade cryptocurrencies, this weekend is shaping up rather nicely already. All markets are in the green right now, and various currencies have noted major gains in the past 24 hours. The EOS price has successfully overcome most of its issues earlier this week. In fact, we are now looking at an EOS price of $18.3. Very impressive gains, although the market will remain unpredictable for quite some to come.

As I explained you yesterday, we have the 2 following scenarios :

• If we are able to break it, we will use it to start again a UP.
• If that resistance line is enough strong to block us, it will give new lows to Steem at short term.
