It's happening! Redditor @LudvigBitcoinArt made today a post about his first purchase using Bitcoin Lightning Network. Check out this tweet:

So, it looks that the LN is indeed working on the Bitcoin mainnet and there are already shops that use it. The question is - how much time the whole rest of e-commerce will need to adapt this new, revolutionary technology. Nevertheless, this is a great milestone for Bitcoin and whole cryptocurrency world :)
