I was the victim of a couple of crypto ponzi scams. Part of it was my own fault, however these people flat out lied to their customers. True criminals. I think that the flash crash was an unintended unfortunate circumstance. It's hard to assign blame & responsibility in cases like that especially in this new economy of cryptocurrency.
