Wow, this is a great idea for the country. Think about it: people pay the country for citizenship in bitcoin. Country SAVES the bitcoin and within 10 years....BAM! Country now has a treasury worth far more than many other countries combined :) If Nigeria would've put their wealth into bitcoin years ago, they would've been practically a super power. (Well, not really.) But of course, none of them really had any wealth anyways :D
