Steem Follower is a website where you vote on other users posts in exchange for others voting on your posts. You can also follow other users and in exchange other users will follow you. If you do have a small amount of SteemPower than you are in luck because you get 2x the amount of upvote that you give out! Its an awesome website, I personally owe all of my followers and a large number of my upvotes to Steem Follower.
