Trump just Lunched a trade war with China!
Yesterday President Trump signed an executive order targeting Chinese innovation, technology and intellectual property. The executive order gives the United States trade Representative the ability to conduct investigations into the Chinese policy of forcing American companies to transfer technological expertise to their Chinese counter part and other trade secrets. President Trump also stated during the signing ceremony that he will be directing U.S. trade Representative to take actions on the stealing of American intercultural property rights.
Most people may not understand the seriousness of this executive order, allow me to provide some possible outcome from this executive order.
The Chinese are one of the largest holders of American securities( T-Bonds and other government instruments).
The Chinese are also the largest manufacture of American goods.
The Chinese have also stated on the record that any actions such as the signing of this executive order would be considered a declaration of a trade war.
It does not matter who is right or wrong, a trade war between the U.S. and China will leave the U.S. Population lacking every day goods and a large percentage of the Chinese work force without work, a disaster on both sides. Not to mention we do not currently have the manufacturing capability to produce the goods we currently consume.
In my humble opinion, It might be time for the average American to rediscover what a food pantry is, perhaps take a cooking class and become financially free from the system (get to know the people living around you and learn a skill that can be utilize in your community).
Buckle up, It looks like this is going to be a bumpy ride.
