The head of the Tokyo currency exchange Quoine, Mike Kayamori (Mike Kayamori) expressed his desire to cooperate with Russia, providing technology and a platform.

'We do not work in Russia, because we do not know how there is regulation. All the unknown is a risk. Therefore, we would like to cooperate with a Russian progressive company that would be interested in crypto currency. But most importantly, it is for the government to be consistent, to have confidence in what is good and what is bad. '
However, this is not yet possible due to the lack of regulation of the use of crypto-currency in Russia.

'The Crypto-currency market necessarily needs state regulation, if it is connected with national currencies, and eventually all countries will come to this,' Kayamori said. 'Korea may be next.' At the beginning of next year there will also be regulation. So all countries will begin to regulate their exchanges. '

According to the representative of the first country, which began to regulate the exchange of crypto-currency, Russian authorities and institutions should look at the guidelines and regulations in Japan, and then simply transfer them to Russia.

Concerning fears that crypto currencies can become a source for fraud and financial pyramids, he recommended buying the crypto currency only on the exchange, which is subject to state regulation. However, Kayamor also stressed that the prohibitions of regulators will not be able to kill the crypto currency.

'I do not think that any government or central bank will be able to liquidate bitcoin. I think this is a more preferred form of investment than gold, it has value. With gold it is difficult to handle, and bitcoins are easy to forward. I think this is a more excellent version of gold, 'Kayamori said.

He also noted the importance of the monitoring system to prevent manipulation, because 'there may be a limit to the possibility of mining, but there is no limit to the cost.'
Kayamori recalled the need to move money:

'Some people do it legally, some do it illegally. It is important that the authorities are aware of this. Therefore, they must empower the exchangers. There may be those who manipulate prices, so a monitoring system is required for such things. '

In the opinion of Kayamori, the crypto-currency may become global, but it will not replace the US dollar:
'I think that bitcoins will become the world currency, but I'm not saying that they will prevail over the US dollar, just people can use them.'
