In my opinion BTC will not hit 10k so soon.
My opinion is that it will hit about 5-6k around the end of next year.
If we`re talking about this year - then my expectations are at near 4k.
And on this note, I think next year is going to be revolutionary for cryptocurrencies. Because if we look at this major peak starting from May/July, we see that basically all the alt coins were standing still for about 2-3 years, and started their major peak only now, in 2017.
But on the other hand, people are getting more curious what cryptos are, because they have heard about bitcoin a few years ago, when it started spreading around the world. And now, seeing that it has hit 3.2K, they would start investing. And BTC price will be equivalent to the amount of people investing. And that number only is going to rise.
I think all this speculation about btc being 10k is just a philosophical talk, just like about politics or the meaning of life. We can talk about it, but we wont get nowhere, just because all this is just a fantasy :)
Lets concentrate on the btc price now, and lets speculate whether eth is going down or not.
