Today I'm using three different trading tools and indicators: Bollinger Bands, Stochastic RSI and MACD.

Bollinger Bands show we are just above the moving average which is at $7,500. High ranges at $7,600 and low ranges at $7,400.

Stochastic RSI indicates normal conditions, neither oversold nor overbought (51).

MACD shows we are slightly above the Zero Line but the histogram is completely tapered down. Watch for a further drop below the ZL and for the histogram to flip negative.

Price Targets:

Entry $6,500-$7,450

Exit $7,650- $8,600

After showing a double bottom over the past two days Bitcoin prices have found a little support. I expect another shake-out over the next few days as more developments come out from the investigations.

This is serious news as we could see the closure of fraudulent exchanges or companies as a result!

This is the worst case scenario however and we have yet to see any final actions by the US government, so we can't do anything but wait patiently for news.
