Until bitcoin was invented, banks were the kings of this planet like giant, lumbering dinosaurs, completely dominating for hundreds of millions of years with complete disregard, even contempt, for the tiny little fury mammals that they routinely step on. But they will soon lost their existence.
Cryptocurrency is the anatomy of financial system and Bitcoin is the 'new species' that doesn’t directly compete with dinosaur banks. The fact is that bitcoin is the money of the world and the internet🙂. Many new species like Ethereum, Dash, Litecoin are originating and they will be dominant over banks and governments🙂

Yes, this last run my fingers were itchy too. HODL long enough and you will not need to sell. We can just spend it like cash one day. I am starting to see high net worth transactions like realestate being accepted more and more. The day is coming.

More people need to HODL until they can spend it directly. No cashing out. Its looking like by next year we'll be able to buy Teslas with it and realestate in mass. We just started seeing mass adoption late last year so it takes time. Mass adoption of stable coins like Dai and Digix will help a lot to keep the money in Crypto realm.
I can't wait to see them eat their words about cryptocurrency when they inevitably try to adopt blockchain tech! Hope they continue to stay behind the times and fall out of relevance...
Yes, in the end they must conform to our standards. The people's standards, ruled by math and consensus. Unlike the corrupted banking systems of the past everyone is welcome to get involved in whatever way the can.
