The most important things that Bitcoin taught me?
Economics, how bad governments and banks in reality are, and how we don't need any of them with Bitcoin being around. The speculative side is somewhere at the very bottom of things that Bitcoin taught me, because I truly believe that Bitcoin can become that what Gold never managed to be, which is sound money that's easy to obtain, divisible, and easy to spend.
Currently most of what this market represents is focused around hardcore speculation, but as time goes by and the wild rides are over or less of a thing, actual use will be gaining more and more momentum, and that's what I am looking forward to.
