Promoting Steem on International Satellite Radio: Sub-Saharan Africa + North & Central America

Steemers, I'm the program director of LRN.FM - the Liberty Radio Network. It's a 24/7 streaming audio channel that airs the best liberty-oriented talk programs out there. Bitcoin and other cryptos are not only being talked about during many of the shows, but commercial breaks include ads promoting Bitcoin that run around-the-clock.

Some of our shows are specifically about bitcoin and crypto including "Neocash Radio", "the Crytpo Show", and "You, Me, and BTC". Many of the hosts from several of our shows are already here on Steemit including @dollarvigilante @tatianamoroz @sovereignbtc @thomaslknapp and @medge.

We just yesterday wrapped up a fundraiser on Indiegogo that combined with bitcoin contributions raised nearly $2,000 that we're putting towards continuing our international satellite broadcasts that cover North and Central America and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The satellite channels are "free-to-air", which means anyone with a cheap dish and receiver can listen for free - no monthly cost. Our channel is up on the same satellites as major networks like RT and Press TV.

The fundraiser didn't meet its goal. If it had, we'd have been able to launch a third satellite channel, this one over Europe. So, we're taking the money raised and applying it to this year's satellite bill.

However, we launched the fundraiser prior to me knowing about Steem and so I wanted to share the idea with you here and see how the post did. One of the perks of the fundraiser would allow someone to sponsor an entire satellite channel for $6,000, which would include ads running across the network, all day long.

If this post reaches a few thousand dollars' worth of Steem, I'll produce a :60 ad explaining Steem and promoting Steemit that will run across the network, day and night for a year. All you gotta do is upvote and share to help make that happen.
