I think ETF goes directly against the Bitcoin principle. I never understood why people would buy into that, yet people are buying into Silver and Gold papers the exact same way.
It devalues the currency because paper can be faked as much as you want whereas gold cannot. I've been wondering if the current bear market was caused exactly by this.
I don't know if that is what is causing it but, paper gold is useless :)
