Thank you! Do you buy on the way up only? Does this require setting limit stop orders only after the prices crosses a certain threshold so that it doesn't get triggered on the way down?
Only when bottom is sensed to be near. That could be during both up and downs. For the above current price buys, yes, they are if this then limit buy.
So if the rung has been crossed and we feel that it's a bottom we could just buy at the current lowest price and "close" the rung and then just repeat the same with other rungs?
Yes, or enter all the orders as limit buys and walk away and come back end of every day to see whic ones got filled.
