Brilliant episode! This is one of my favourites so far, inspiring stuff. I'm already off the alcohol and the sugary drinks, also run and workout each day, but could make some more progress on the money saving and starting new businesses. I look forward to the next episode man :D

Hey man great video as always. I have been working on eating healthier and exercising- sleeping as much as possible and getting to bed at a somewhat reasonable time :-D I stopped adding sugar to my coffee and switched to using milk rather than creamer. I don't buy sodas or anything either just some green tea from time to time (, and of course milk,) because I get tired of JUST drinking water :P
A clear mind starts with a healthy body!
