Numerous TA events have pointed to the rise of a new bull. The way the news affects the day to day trade confirms TA's assessment that, yes the Bear is dead and a bull, a strong bull has taken its place.

    Yep. Technicals were pointing to a bull market for a few weeks now. The price action as it relates to news is confirming it.
