Hackers have stolen more than $60 million worth of Bitcoin from NiceHash
Hackers have managed to steal $60 million in Bitcoin after they have passed the security measures of one of the best-known companies - NiceHash, the cryptocurrency mining platform.
They have stolen 4,736.42 BTC, which, at present value, is over 60 million dollars.
As a result of the being hacked, NiceHash stopped operations for at least 24 hours until they discover how the breakage occurred. Meanwhile, users using the NiceHash mining software are advised to change their passwords.
The security issues of virtual coins have so far focused around Ethereum and had less to do with Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is at the top of its history, with an accelerated growth of more than $14,000. Due to high taxes and volatility, the Steam virtual game store announced on Wednesday that it no longer accepts Bitcoin.
