Crypto Lemmings
China freezes ICOs to work on regulation for ICOs (which is a necessary step not only in China). This is affecting NEO and maybe Ethereum. But no need to sell coins like Steem, LTC, SIA, BTC a.s.o..
However Crypto has always been a 'Lemmings' market. This means selling (like today and tomorrow I guess) as buying in good times :).
So the exciting moment is at which market cap the trend is going to change ... is it 70 Bn - (a total Desaster like in July?) or 120 Bn (my guess). And how long does it take until 170bn again? Which coin will be the big winners, which the big losers due to reallocation ....
However, don't be to sad - it might be to late to sell - so just hodl and enjoy you days anyway.

yes US citizens and PCN citizens. but EOS as a very nice way to communicate with their steem page.
I mean the EOS ico and trading of its token is banned in china and they will be forced to refund investors.
