Yep, can confirm this. I've had several transactions over the last week through Coinbase using my Citi credit card, and each transaction has been met with a $10 "cash advance fee". It is inconvenient, however we knew that this would come one day and there will be bigger challenges in the future that we must work through as well.
For ages i have used coinbase to put the left over change in my bank account the day before payday into crypto. Its no longer worth it to do that with this ridiculous cash advance payment. I am with commonwealth bank of australia.
