And it is a day for two!
August 28 in the past few years has been a very remarkable date to me. It's a day where I get to see, feel, reminisce, and brainstorm the experiences, love, affections and bond of family and friendship.
It's a day two important personalities were born into this life. My elder brother 'Udeme Archibong' and my girl friend 'Joy Agara'.
ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE THEM TO YOU!
Families crash because of the inability to handle the heat, tension and uncontrollable feelings around and lack of money but this has been the form and bedrock of my family's unity and togetherness.
This is a man who took up responsibility since I lost my dad in 2006.
A man who did not need a private tutor to inform him that he was now the father of the home in the absence of a father.
A man who started taking responsibilities since his secondary school days in catering, looking after, and showing kindness to his younger and elder siblings and mother.
This is the kind of man I cherish. That, which knows the appropriate things to do and task to carryout to put food on the table.
