Ratel's photos #142 Forest Birds-98
The European stonechat (Saxicola rubicola)
A young bird, but already independent. However, the parents of this bird were close. Nestlings, like adults, like to sit on the tops of thickets.
The song thrush (Turdus philomelos)
In contrast to Fieldfare , that common in Siberia, this kind of thrush is migratory. And also, judging by the name, this bird can sing. The songs are very beautiful, they are even sometimes confused with the songs of the nightingales.
The willow tit (Poecile montanus)
As you see, in her beak she has a building material for the nest. Funny fact! The bird is very careful when building a nest. All the crumbs, chips, and stuff, she picks up and hides.
