Good Evening STEEM friends. I hope you had a nice Monday! Every year a pair of Mourning Doves nest in my backyard. They are constantly seen hanging on my back deck together. Here is a picture of one of the fascinating birds peering over the railing, presumably looking for his lover. The Mourning Dove is generally monogamous and keep only one partner for their whole life. They migrate south in the winter and can fly at speeds of up to 55 miles per hour.
