Induction in electromagnetic ("wireless") data transmission of biological information

Luc Montagnier here who got the nobel prize for discovering HIV and who has published on electromagnetic data transfer within the cell, seems to say more or less that covid-19 "excited" by 5G increased "transfer distance", and leapt out of containment in Wuhan lab that way. Very unexpected, but fits the data pretty well. Clear correlation between launch of 5G and outbreak of the chimeric artificial coronavirus, that escaped a top-level security bio-lab.
