Binance DEX coming soon but.. not for USA and some other countries.
I suggest to check NO KYC EXCHANGES LIST which got updated yesterday to chose other spots.
Binance the best exchange in the world (at least by volume and impact) is coming with its DEX.
A lot of tokens moved to BNB chain already, some really nice ones.
Yet there is a sad story.. loads of countries are getting banned from using the site, USA being one of most known on the list.

it has DEXes that work for everyone and normal exchanges with their limits.

I didn't know about this update and now i can't withdraw my funds from binance.
I'm from Kosovo. It says your account is blacklisted. What should i do? can anyone guide me into taking back my funds ?
How can i withdraw them to bittrex or poloniex or hitbtc,blockchain....!

How can the exchange be decentralized and ban other countries? For example Bitshares is a DEX exchange and they can't ban users from the USA.

Surely blocking certain countries defeats the point of a DEX!

Sir, would you consider adding Switchain to the list of exchanges that don't require KYC?
It would fit under "On-The-Fly Exchanges List"
