You currently have 500SP with a 100% vote of roughly 0.07. Let´s say your voting power is being spent immediately than your overall STU you can distribute is 1.785.
In order to be able to upvote let´s say 100 losers you need roughly 56 times more voting power to fulfill your promise of recovering the 1SBD within 15 posts. That´s a delegation of 28,000.
That doesn´t sound too much. But you are going to have more than 100 losers if you grow. And you have to pay the guys who delegate their power to you while you can´t upvote your own stuff to pay them, because you have to use all the voting power to pay the losers of the bets.
If you want your business model to succeed your delegations have to grow significantly faster than the number of users. However people will only delegate if you prove that you can keep your promise.
No matter how you frame it you would have to pay the delegators or the losers from your pockets and we all know that you will not do that.
We understand the concern you mentioned, paying the loser is going to take some time at our current SP, but we will pay. The disadvantage of losing a bet is you have to wait for our vote, we will vote with whatever steem power we have got. If someone delegates us, thats going to help the cause.
When the user base grows, we will be able to use the fee to pay for the delegators. Though initially we will need to make some investment, but we believe by providing quality service we will grow, and thus we will get delegations as well.

I dont think the idea of voting losers to support them is a good one. as each wek passes, the list will only get longer, and with the current SP you have, it's gonna be a long time to get it over with. i dont have a solution to that, but i need you to consider it

In a way its good for steemit platform if it takes time to payback the losers. As losers will stay on this platform for long while contributing with their articles/comments/etc
