Beer, food, and game
I haven't done a #BeerSaturday post for a while so I thought I'd take time to get one done.
We started the weekend by going to Lolo Peak Brewing. I had their, just released for the season, Fire Season Chili Ale. It is brewed with poblano, jalapeno, and habanero. It has a bit of a bite but I find one is fine to consume.
Today we went to a friend's house for food and games. Of course we had beer as well. I had a Ten Fidy Imperial Stout from Oskar Blues Brewery. It is quite dark and tasty. Gotta be careful though, it is 10.5% ABV.
We paired this with some smoked ribs, smoked chicken, grilled asparagus, grilled pineapple, and chipotle macaroni and cheese.
Before and after eating we played Pandemic Legacy season two. We won one game and lost three.

The imperial stout looks great!! I have never grilled pineapple before, I must try it! Here is a !BEER for you, cheers!!
I mix up some brown sugar and a bit of cayenne powder and mix the pineapple chunks in that before grilling. Gives it a bit of sweet and a small amount of heat.
And a !BEER for you as well.
