FRATER BEER ARTESANAL

There is no day when no provider passes by offering us one, five or six of the, in your opinion, "best" craft beers ever made in the world. I like beer a lot, also the wine is clear, but the beer is crazy, and consequently we do not understand each other. For me, they are beers that surpass the quality of the industrial beers that we already have. So one asks:

What is artisanal?

Made by hand ?, with organic products? or at least high quality?

Unfortunately there is nothing written, it is not even clear what is handmade, so everyone interprets it as they want.

The individuality is already a little harder to measure, but over time it shows: Does the beer have its own character, and is the idea behind it, like a good wine cellar?

Its boom in the last five years has led to the appearance of small brewers who strive to attract demanding palates produce intense and aromatic beers, rich in nuances, which captivate a curious consumer eager for new sensations.

Breaking the cliché that beer is just a refreshing drink is the goal of craft brewers, which unlike industrial producers not only make beers to sell but also to enjoy.

You do not have to be an expert to appreciate the difference between a craft beer and an industrial beer. They have more body and character, they grip the palate and offer more lasting notes of bitterness. Even so they are difficult to locate jewels. Its habitat is found in gourmet shops and small bars in which the mouth ear directs the faithful and demanding consumer.

Despite the fact that the distance that separates us from countries such as Holland, Germany, Belgium or the United States is still maintained, the Venezuelan artisanal beer offer starts with strength, seeking to settle down with beer. Health!

That was a great read. It was nice to see your thinking on craft beer vs industrial beer. I love to support the little Irish craft breweries instead of large corporations... I'm similiar with coffee, I always prefer the small independent coffee shop than the likes of Starbucks!!

By the way what is the food at the bottom of your post? It looks tasty... anything with cheese and bacon ticks the right boxes for me :o)
