Delicious Potato Chips Pakora

Good Day Everyone!

Today we made delicious potato chips pakora for dinner. It was a sudden idea, and everyone was excited to try it. First, I washed and peeled the potatoes, then cut them into thin round slices. After that, I prepared a spice mix by adding some besan, salt, red chili flakes, and other spices to give it a nice flavor.

I mixed everything well with a little water to make a smooth batter. Then I dipped each potato slice into the batter one by one and fried them in hot oil until they became golden and crispy. The smell was so tempting that everyone couldn’t wait to taste them. When the pakoras were ready, we served them hot with ketchup and tea.

They turned out really yummy and crunchy. We all enjoyed the dish very much and decided to make it again soon because it was simple, quick, and full of flavor.
