Chicken Achari Karahi

Today we made a delicious chicken achari karahi for lunch. First, I bought some fresh chicken from the market. My wife washed it well and started cooking by adding onion paste, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, and other spices. The nice smell filled the kitchen. After cooking for a while, she added some yogurt and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then she mixed in some pickle and cream to give it a rich and tangy taste. She let it cook for another five minutes so all the flavors could blend perfectly. In the end, she sprinkled some crushed kasuri methi, which added a lovely aroma and taste. When it was ready, we served it hot with soft naan. The dish looked amazing, smelled wonderful, and tasted truly delicious.
We both enjoyed our meal very much and felt happy with how tasty the chicken achari karahi turned out.
