A quick visit to São Pedro de Moel beach

The ocean brings everything back...

Among other plant remains, there were parts of water hyacinth, a terrible invasive aquatic plant!!

Do you know it!?

This pieces, found in São Pedro de Moel beach came much likely from Mondego river that is invaded by water hyacinth.

The plant doesn't tolerate salted water or cold temperatures, that's why it looks so miserable now!!

Anyway...

I prefer it dead like this!!
