The roadside food stall I reviewed serves fast food from 4 pm to almost midnight on the side of Court Station Road in Rajshahi. This busy street fills with the aroma of various types of fast food in the afternoon. In the late afternoon, people flock to these food carts to enjoy the taste of delicious food at low prices. Some chairs are provided on one side of the food carts for people to sit. Everyone comes to these streets from afternoon to midnight to enjoy delicious food at low prices. The crowd of people is a little more during holidays than on other days.

These roadside food cart shops are set up in small spaces, although the space is small, they have gas cylinders for cooking, stoves, small shelves, storage boxes and umbrellas or canopies. Since the food carts sit on the roadside, glass walls are placed around the food cart to protect the food from dust. They provide drinking water and temporary seating for customers.

The food prices of food carts are cheap and affordable for everyone. When the price of goods increases in the market, the price of food carts increases. However, it is lower than that of big restaurants, so people feel comfortable enjoying delicious and spicy street food from roadside food carts.
