A medium-sized fan was able to cool down a few visitors sitting in place. The fan is still operating normally and is clean without dust. If the fan is dusty, the food and drinks that diners enjoy will be contaminated and unhygienic. Visitors will also feel uncomfortable and not come to this restaurant again.
In addition, the tissue layout in this restaurant is slightly different from other restaurants. Usually, tissues are placed at each table, but here, the tissues are placed on the wall. There are good and bad things if the tissue is pasted on the wall. The good thing is that tissues are not scattered on the dining table and the table has more space than if there were tissues. But the negative is that diners who have just finished eating, with a full stomach, have to stand up to get a tissue and under the tissue holder there is a trash can available.

After the food is prepared, the waiter immediately takes it from the window and is delivered to the appropriate table.
