This should be a no brainer for most people who are on the work schedule running all day long they will usually take a quick shower in and out but there are those who still prefer a hot relaxing bath. But in any case personal hygiene is important aspect of everyday living.

i love the bath but the boiler here in the house has a flaw when it has to run a bath the water gets cold halfway, and nothing more annoying than a cold bath, right ? (well ... when it comes to baths anyway :p)
so i stick to showering
both are good
I take a bath everyday, even on the winter days, it keeps me refreshing.
