Baby Vaccination - Rules and Recommendations

in #baby6 years ago

How many and what vaccines will be placed on your baby? When is it advisable to postpone vaccination? What side effects can there be after vaccination?

Vaccination of children, even during their first hours after childbirth, provokes many fears in the parents and many controversies as to whether vaccines are useful or harmful. And although vaccinations from the immunization calendar of Bulgaria are obligatory, many parents refuse to vaccinate their children, taking on the heavy responsibility for their future health.
And for those of you who believe that vaccines are the best solution to protect your child from treacherous illnesses, here are some tips on putting them on.

Wait with the first two vaccines that are placed in the delivery home if your baby is underweight (under 2 pounds) and wait until you get it

Postpone the vaccination by 1-2 weeks if the child:

is sick, fever, runny nose, red throat, and so on.
a tooth, accompanied by general malaise and fever
has symptoms of allergy, skin disease, and so on.
is contacted with a pox virus
is in contact with viral patients (family members, for example)

Vaccination is not recommended for children with proven serious allergies and skin problems, very weak immune system, intolerance to protein.

Avoid placing the vaccines in a designated flu epidemic and if you can not limit your child's contacts with outside people, other children and other social contacts.
According to the immunization calendar of Bulgaria, there are vaccines that are put in two at a time, but many pediatricians advise against doing so because the immature baby's immature system is under great stress. The only important thing is that all mandatory vaccines should be placed up to 2 years of age. So you better choose the option in which the vaccines are placed over at least a month of time interval from each other.

However, the interval between the vaccines (especially those that are a combination of several intakes) is too good, as this may reduce the effect of the vaccination.
Side effects of vaccination
Increasing body temperature, as well as edema at the site where the vaccine is injected, are all in the order of things. That is why many pediatricians recommend that the child take a single dose of a syrup to lower the temperature after vaccination.

In rare cases, children develop skin allergies, which are expressed in red, itchy, and pleated skin.
