In most STEEM DAO proposals, wages are calculated based on full-time employment.
He's working full-time, but since someone else is doing the design work, we can assume he's not doing any work.
It's such a shame that you always make up your own narrative, rather than reading what's actually been written.

So it doesn't take a genius to realise that if my designer's working 2 days per week, then I'm not.
Which (ironically?) is producing more than your team of 8.
