어제 저녁에는 1kg짜리 모래주머니를 양발목에 차고 달리기 운동을 했다.
슈퍼워크 신발 종류가 워커라 달리는 거리와 걸음수를 체크하지 못한다.
2km 정도 달린후 걷기 운동으로 마무리했다.
모래주머니를 차니 확실히 달리는 것도 걷는 것도 훨씬 힘든 느낌이다.
진짜 인생 통틀어 모래주머니는 처음 차보았다 ㅎ
