Cannonball 1 and 2
As I mentioned the other day The Cannonball Run was like no other car film out there it payed homage to the early car escapade movies. A movie which made a race much like the modern day Gumball and Modball rallies fun and more than a journey across a continent.
It featured the coolest cars including Corvette, Ferrari, the Lamborghini Countach, Trans Am and a modded ambulance even Big Foot.
With action packed racing the 2nd movie starts with the 2 girls in the Lambo, red this time they paste another sign reading 155, they play with the Police, change the colour etc. The Sheiks have organised another run with a 1,000,000 USD to Connecticut. Then we get to see what Captain Chaos and JJ are getting upto, some gangsters, the girls with Farrah Fawcett and the two ratpack priests, catching up with the stars from the first one.
Disaster strikes with the Countach, and the girls thumb over a 300 SL Mercedes Gullwing, they're back in the race with HEMI power.
The guys all bump into each other in a bar, JJ chats up the girls and says in a classic line 'let's go and talk about race pistons and camshafts"
One guy to watch is the Sheik in the Rolls Royce, can you name the Model?

Silver Spur, if I remember correctly.
A mate's dad had one when I was in my teens. Piece of junk it was too - regularly broke down. And whenever it did the dealer sent a covered truck to recover it as it was considered bad publicity to see a Rolls on a recovery truck!
Well done, there was also a Silver Shadow and Silver Cloud lll in the first one. That car really motors on set, I can imagine RR not wanting to advertise from the back of a low loader.
Yup. They always sent a Rolls branded curtain sider.

They're always repairable, accidents and mishaps happen,
Great post. Try to use more line breaks and headers though. It will be easier on the eyes and more people will read your post.
