Auction Finds - Need Milk? (Or Orange Juice, Cream, Yoghurt)
At a recent auction my husband bought a joblot of vintage milk bottles (the kind milk was delivered in to your doorstep) for R40 ($3.09) for all!!! It all depends which auction you attend. At most auctions he wouldn't have been able to buy them and make a profit. I have sold 12 out of 22 for an average price of R40 each! Guess what my packer is doing today, hahahaha!

So was that the name of each dairy on them? In NZ, the old milk bottles were plain. The colour of the lid told you what was in them.
