I have seen many type of craft work before, but this is something different. This craft decoration under the blue sky. All the pieces of colored paper attached with iron wire and paper are hanging. and its looks very amazing if you have a look in the blue sky. colored papers are flow beautifully if air blow. And the sun looks beautiful thru the red color paper in to the blue sky.
I have found this road side paper craft decoration during Diwali Festival in India.
