The digital version seems almost like the girl is no longer resting on the grass but instead on perhaps some hay, I also like how the pears turned into what looks like a diamond neckline instead, plus her hair highlights help bring out much more life to her hair @creativesoul
It could actually be hay and still work...lol. Giving the design some sepia tones was meant to hint at vintage photography and also the end of a more vibrant season. She could very well be dreaming of summer. Glad to see you noticed the highlights...and the almost 'living' quality to her hair! :)
I love yo play around with deep dream generator it gives a awesome experience mixing personal picture with abstract. Always something unique.

The deep dreamer really is a lot of fun. It can be work to get something looking really good but the end result is totally worth it. Personally...I just love the texture the third tab gives to my underlying layers to build up on the painted and somewhat surreal appearance.
Hahaha...on a pillow she does look a little strange. But it's quirky...and for some people that might work. It was also necessary to make an even number of products.
