Artisan Ice Cream Festival

Hello all, its been a while since I have posted something, been quite busy and I have not had a chance to take any photos.

Anyways, last weekend I was able to join the Festival for Artisan Ice Cream in Costa Rica, it is the first time that they have done this kind of exposition for different ice cream companies in the country. It is quite fun and you can see several companies, I was able to take some pictures, one of the companies that was in the fair was for rolled up ice cream, its an open area where they are showing how to do the ice cream and roll it out, its like the teppanyaki of ice cream.
Audience are enjoying seeing how their ice cream comes into life.
Unfortunately, I was not able to taste it. It was a busy weekend, lots of people and lots of ice creammm!!!
