Infected by Art Volume 6

"Indigenous" was the first piece that I did as part of a new direction. I had worked primarily with ink and paints for years. I felt pretty good about my ink drawings and that I was making some progress with painting but it wasn't happening as quickly as I would have liked.

After speaking with Allen Williams and Travis Lewis at Spectrum Fantastic Arts Live last year, I made the decision to concentrate on working primarily with graphite and to spend a bit longer on each piece. It paid off with this piece being accepted into "Infected by Art" volume 6 which will be debut at Illuxcon in October 2018.
